BS ISO 24033 specifies minimum values for the expected strength of a pipe. It does so as a function of time and temperature in the form of reference lines. BS ISO 24033 applies to pipes of the following types:

a) polyethylene of raised temperature resistance (PE-RT) type I;

b) PE-RT type II.
