Five grades. Appearance and colour, sample, matter insoluble in hot alcohol, orpiment, rosin, expressing analytical results. Optional clauses: colour index, volatile matter, matter soluble in water, non-volatile matter soluble in cold alcohol, ash, grit, wax, flow, life under heat, acid value, iodine value, arsenic, lead, adhesion to mica.
