Recommendations for a rationalized range of individual catering appliances arranged according to their overall plan dimensions, allowing for the capacities to be stated in terms of standard containers as specified in BS 4874. Covers cooking equipment, general purpose sink units, tables and benches, service counters, refrigerators and deep freeze upright cabinets.
