About the Author
Michael Hill set up his company, complaintsrgreat in 2000 after a successful career as a complaints investigator for the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Camden. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, and has a wealth of experience in many areas, from policy reviews, carrying out research, and auditing processes, to adjudicating on complaints and implementing enterprise-wide ICT solutions. He is a director of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Europe (SOCAPiE), a member of SVS/0, a member of the Public Sector Complaints Network, as well as having regularly judged various customer service award schemes over the years.
